Most homeowners policies include coverage for other structures. Other structures typically are defined small buildings on your property like sheds. The amount of coverage can vary but many carriers provide up to ten percent of the homes coverage value for these. If you have a structure that is of higher value then you may wish to have an endorsement added to your policy to provide the proper level of coverage for the structure.
