A homeowner’s policy is usually written to cover the cost of reconstructing the house.  The price for the policy will be as varied as the prices for houses.  The location of the house is also important.  Similar homes built on the cliffs above the ocean pay a different price from those located where the danger is less obvious.  Companies offer discounts which also affect the price.  There just isn’t a “standard” price.
