    The cheapest homeowner’s policy is the one that pays the maximum amount possible when you have a claim. That is when you can really determine the value of an insurance policy. What you have paid in premiums will likely be insignificant compared to the recovery when you have a claim. If the policy fails to deliver at that crucial time it will have been the most expensive home insurance policy.
