    A felon can get guaranteed issue life insurance if they meet the age requirements (usually a minimum age of 40-50 years old). Most No Exam policies delay offering policies until after probation for a felony. If the felony is dismissed it is possible to get a medically underwritten life insurance policy without having to wait.
