You can sue. But when there are disputes between an individual and an life insurance company, it is highly recommended that you hire an attorney who understands insurance or practices in the security field if variable products are involved. The attorney will examine the facts and help you decide if you should be forward with your suit.

That is a great question! The simple fact is that you can sue anybody, or any company. All you will need is a competent lawyer, a good reason to sue, and a solid winnable case. If you have all of those things, then you can bring suit against your insurance company. Good luck. Thanks for asking!

Occasionally the wording of an insurance policy will require that all disputes be submitted to arbitration.  Courts, generally, favor that procedure; however, if the cause of action is sufficiently serious the case might well be heard in court.  Insurance companies do not like to litigate.  If they decide to litigate it is generally a calculated decision.
