    Yes, you can have two or more life insurance plans. You must qualify financially for the total amount of coverage that you possess, but it does not matter how many policies that you have it in. Sometimes people diversify their life insurance so that they have different products to meet different needs, or to spread their coverage out between different companies so that all their eggs are not in one basket.
