   Are you asking, "If I receive life insurance money as a beneficiary, will it affect my credit score?" If so, it will not do so unless you start charging more things and paying them off quickly. 
   
   If you are asking, "Does paying my life insurance premium affect my credit score?" The answer again is no, unless you pay the bill by credit card and pay it on time each month.
