    Pregnancy can affect life insurance rates due to the applicant's weight or if there are some complications such as gestational diabetes. If in the third trimester or if there are serious complications, the policy will usually be postponed until after the baby is born.

     Not all companies will issue a policy during pregnancy, but aside from those things, pregnancy does not affect rates with some companies.
