    If plan to enlist in the Air Force, you will receive $400,000 of Term Life Insurance under SGLI (Servicemembers Group Life Insurance) provided by the VA. There will be a small charge. If you don't want to keep that much coverage, you can reduce it by increments of $50,000 or cancel it altogether.
