"Prime America" is actually Primerica Life Insurance.  This company grew from its' original roots as A.L. Williams, a door-to-door term life carrier.  Primerica sells term coverage through captive agents that are recruited to join, but know little or nothing about the business and are therefore prime candidates to sell one product.  In my opinion, they are to be avoided.  While never have dealt with them myself, many clients of mine have had negative stories to tell about various aspects of their sales process.
