It depends on many factors, but here are the main factors for price.

    1) What's the policy type?
    2) What's the face amount?
    3) What's your gender?
    4) What's your age?
    5) What's your general health like?
    6) Are you a tobacco user?

What you should look at are basically two main questions.

What does the life insurance cover and how much do I need?

Cost is a factor for a policy, but it's much more important to get the right policy with the riders you'll need.

This is one of those answers that comes out as "it depends". There are just too many factors included in calculating the annual cost of life insurance. Just to quote a life premium an agent needs to know, the type of policy, face amount, age, build, occupation, state of residence, life style and health status in order to run an accurate quote.

To see what the life insurance might cost per year for you, you can visit a website that offers instant premiums. There you can input different face amounts and term lengths to get an idea what your policy would cost. Keep in mind that the price will depend on whether your health fits those underwriting guidelines.
