Is There A Time Limit To Claim Life Insurance?

    There is no time limit to claim life insurance, that I am aware of. Sometimes policies are not located until listed as missing property by the state, and the insurance company is still obligated to pay the beneficiary the life insurance proceeds as part of the contractual agreement of the policy.
