In order to find the life insurance that is right for you, you need to look at a number of factors.

One factor is the purpose of the policy. If you passed away, would the policy be used to fund your funeral? Send your kids to college? Pay your partner's living expenses until they passed away? The purpose will help determine if Term or Permanent (or a combination of those) is right for you.

Another factor is the amount of coverage. Do you just need enough to get your loved ones' back on their feet? Do you have a disabled child who will need outside funds to stay in a particular home? The amount of your obligations will help determine the amount of life insurance that is right for you.

Another factor is the price of the life insurance. You will need to set up a plan or plans that fit your budget, so that you can keep your coverage until it is needed.

There are other factors that an experienced agent can walk you through to help you get the best life insurance for your situation.
