This is really a question you need to ask yourself. In my opinion the reason to sell life insurance is because you believe in the product. If you ask me personally life insurance is one of the most important insurance coverage's a person can have. There are two reasons for a person to have life insurance. 1) if you owe somebody. 2) if you love somebody. It is a sad, sad thing to see the bread winner of a family pass on with no life insurance and leave the spouse and children hi and dry. If your in it just for the money your in it for the wrong reasons

Most of us who sell life insurance do so out of a conviction that life insurance does society a great benefit.  No one likes to see people on street corners with posters trying to collect money for the funeral of a departed loved one.  We want to help people who love to fulfill their dreams even if they cannot.  We want families to stay together.  There are many other reasons, some perhaps, are self-centered but to stay and flourish in this business you need to understand the good you are doing for others.
