   Obamacare is national mandatory health insurance for all Americans. Presently the health care law doesn't address long term care as does Medicaid. Individual long term care insurance is private insurance and at present is not directly effected by Obamacare. It is conceivable that Medicaid could be effected by Obamacare and may have future ramifications for long term care. It's simply too early to assess the impact.
