    You can deduct most of it with an IRS sanctioned Health Reimbursment Program called an HRA105 if you are self employed and or own a business. The American Independant Business Coalition (AIBC) sets that up free for its members. Otherwise you can hire a professional to draw up a document for you for generally between $200 and $300.
