    The only glasses that you can get with Medicare is one pair of eyeglasses purchased shortly after cataract surgery. Medicare does not provide for regularly scheduled eye appointments, and Medicare does not pay for the lenses or frames of glasses purchased for diminished eyesight due to aging or other causes.
