    You can use an FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for Medicare plan copays, or for prescriptions or deductibles that are not covered by Medicare. You cannot use an FSA to pay for Medicare premiums or Medicare payments. 

    Persons receiving Medicare benefits cannot be enrolled in an HSA (Health Savings Account).
