Normally, once you go on Medicare you can no longer keep your HDHP (high deductible health plan) because you generally cannot have other health insurance along with an HDHP. However, Medicare Advantage plans allow for the creation of a Medicare Medical Savings Account (MSA). Like HSA's, MSA's are comprised o a HDHP along with the MSA. This HDHP is a Medicare Advantage Plan with a high annual deductible.
