    No and you would not want to. You have a choice to have a Medigap Plan (Medicare Supplement Plan) or a Medicare Advantage Plan. Here is a quick list of some of the differences.

    Medicare Advantage-

    -Low to zero monthly premium
    -Has a network which can change from year to year
    -Benefits can change from year to year
    -Max out of pocket is $6,700 per year on most plans

    Medigap (Medicare Supplement Plan)

    - Has a monthly premium
    - No Network. You can go to any doctor or hospital you want that takes Medicare.
    - Benefits can not change
    - Max out of pocket can be zero or very low

    You should review all of your options with an independent agent who specializes in Medicare Supplement insurance. It will save you a lot of time and money.
