    Yes, you can have VA and Medicare. However, in order to use health care benefits provided by the VA (Veterans Administration), you must receive your health care at a VA facility. Medicare does not cover services provided by a VA facility. Medicare benefits can be a good supplement to VA benefits though, covering what the VA does not cover.
