    No, Medicare does not cover Naturopathic medicine. Naturopathy treatments are considered one of a number of Alternative Therapies, or Alternative Medicine, by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The CMS also does not approve of Complimentary Medicine, which incorporates spiritual and metaphysical elements into the healing process.
