Most diabetic supplies are covered under Medicare Part B including blood sugar monitors, test strips and lancets.

Medicare sets a limit on the number of lancets you can get during a 90 day period. If you need more your doctor must certify they are medically necessary.

Medicare will not pay for any supplies (icluding monitors) sent to you directly that you did not order. You should always use a Medicare approved DME supplier that accepts assignment.
