The best way to decide on a Medigap Insurance Plan is to work with an independent agent that specializes in Medigap Insurance.  That agent will be able to show you all the Medigap Plans available and help you match the plan that best meets your needs.  It will save you hours or weeks of research that the agent can provide you in a few minute phone conversation.  Plans and rates change all the time so having a expert to turn to will help you now but also for years to come.

A few things to start to think about:

    1.  Do you want flexibility in the doctors and hospitals you can use?
    2.  Do you want benefits that can't change from year to year?
    3.  Do you want deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays?

All Medigap Plans will have a letter like Plan F, Plan J, Plan G, etc.  If it doesn't have a letter it is not Medigap Insurance.  For more information you can visit our website.  I would also be happy to answer any other questions you have.
