The shingles shot isn’t covered by Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) or Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance). Generally, Medicare prescription drug plans (Part D) cover all commercially-available vaccines (like the shingles shot) needed to prevent illness.

Zostavax (PF) is a Tier 4 medication under all three Humana Stand Alone PDPs

Humana Walmart PDP has a 35% coinsurance after $320 deductible is met
Humana Preferred Rx PDP has a 35% coinsurance after $320 deductible is met
Humana Enhanced PDP has a 44% coinsurance (this plan has no deductible)

Zostar is listed as the medication of choice for the shingles Vaccine. While it is covered by Humana's Part D Medicare prescription drug plans for 2015, you will bear a large portion of the retail cost, known as (co-insurance) between 35% and 44%. If this cost is a concern, you could consider calling the manufacturer, and see if they have any low cost programs for people with limited incomes. Additionally, if pricing is an issue, and could keep you from needing the medications you need, take a trip down to the local Social Security office, and see if there is any Low Income Assistance available.

Finally, as insurance company's plans change from year to year, do yourself a favor and stop by, or call your carrier and request to see a trained insurance agent who has completed the specific training not only for Medicare Supplements, but also for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D. The superior agents will have contracted with several insurance companies to be able to offer you several choices. If your agent has not gone through this extensive training, he or she cannot offer you all the alternatives you need to make an informed decision.
Find an agent that has taken the time and effort (and it is a lot of effort!) to properly prepare themselves for this important Annual Election Period.
