Fentanyl would be covered under your Medicare Advantage Plan or Medicare Supplement. These are provided by private insurance carriers such as United Healthcare, Humana, etc - so you should have your agent check the carrier's formularies. However, I have a customer that takes Fentanyl and we had no problem obtaining coverage. The patch was about $45/mo.
