    Zoloft is a prescription drug medication and would be covered under a stand-alone Part D prescription drug plan. It would not be covered by Original Medicare (Parts A & B).

    You would need to check your plan's formulary to see if this specific drug is covered and at what tier it would fall under (a prescription's tier determines the cost to the insured person).
