Medicare Part B covers most of your outpatient care.

Medicare Part B requires you to satisfy an annual deductible ($147 in 2013) before Medicare pays for your outpatient claims. Once the deductible is satisfied, Medicare pays 80% of the approved amount and you pay the remaining 20%.

There is no upper cap on your OOP under your 20% share.
