   Most of the U.S.

   Medicare provides hospitalization, home health, and hospice coverage through Medicare Part A. Included in Part A is also limited coverage for skilled nursing care.
   
   Medicare Part B provides funds for doctor visits, some prescription drugs, durable medicare equipment, and outpatient services, among other things.
   
   Medicare Part D covers prescription drugs.
