   Owner, SFS Associates,

   Open enrollment is from October 15th thru December 7th.  If you are just turning 65 you also have an Initial Enrollment period 3 months before the month of and 3 months after you turn 65 or become eligible for Medicare.  You may also have a Special Election period in some circumstances.
