    Most people will enroll in Medicare when they turn age 65. If you (or your spouse) have enough Social Security work credits you will be automatically enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B about 3 months before your 65th birthday. If you are covered under an employer group health plan you may be able to delay your Part B enrollment without penalty.
