    In order to qualify for Medicare Part A and B at65 you will need to have worked at least 40 quarters in the united states. If you do not have the full 40 quarters of active employment then you may be able to buy into Part A and Part B for an additional monthly premium. The additional monthly premium you may be required to pay will vary depending on how many years of active employment you have had in the United States. If you have worked the full 40 quarters or 10 years then you should have no problem qualifying for Medicare Part A and B at 65.
