   There is great political debate about the sustainability of Medicare and other government programs. Obamacare may reallocate some Medicare funds for the overall costs of national health insurance. If the disputes about Medicare were relegated to an actual budget based on the number of increasing retirees and decreasing working population, it appears headed for a short fall.
