    Medicare Part D will pay for shingles shots. The Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, or a Medicare Advantage Plan with Prescription Drug (MA-PD), are used for shingles vaccinations. These will pay both the cost of the vaccine and the cost of administering it, when using a Medicare approved provider.
