Does Renters Insurance Cover Storage?

    Yes.  Coverage is limited, normally 10% of the amount for personal property.  If the property is moving to a new location it may be covered to the full limit.  And it may be covered for the full limit in a new unit.  The coverage will also follow if the property has been removed to save it from further damage.
