    More and more apartment complexes are requiring Renters insurance. Renters insurance provides liability coverage so if you are negligent and cause damage to their building they want an insurance policy to pay out. Most people renting an apartment do not have enough money to pay for the building so Renters insurance is a great way to cover this need and also cover your personal belongings.
