Renters insurance can help protect you and your family against financial hardship caused by covered loss at your premise or an accident occurring on your premise as two of the primary reasons. Renters insurance is similar to homeowners insurance in many ways but typically at a lower cost. Contact a locale agent to find out more information about coverage details and costs within your area.

You might be required by your landlord to purchase a renter’s policy.  You might suffer a life changing loss if you are sued for bodily injury or property damage.  The property that you have accumulated and that is required for your comfort could go up in smoke.  I renter’s policy deals with these and other issues efficiently with a very small expense.

That is a great question! You might want to consider a renters policy if you answer "no" to the following questions. Can you afford to replace your belongings (all of them) if they were to be destroyed? Can you afford to replace all of your electronics (phone, computer, tv, stereo/gaming systems) if they were to be stolen? Can you afford to pay for the damages if you were to be sued for someone being injured at your apartment, or if your landlord sued you for damages to the apartment? Renters insurance covers all of those things. I hope that helps, thanks for asking!
