If you have a traditional IRA, anyone can convert to a Roth IRA.  He is the rub however, because the traditional IRA is tax-deferred and the ROTH IRA is pre-taxed, you will have to pay taxes on the amount you with to convert to the Roth.

There may be strategies available which can help you to pay for that tax, through bonus which may be received on certain Fixed Indexed Annuities.  If you are considering Converting a traditional IRA into a Roth, I recommend you call your adviser or reach out to me.
