I need to purchase disability insurance for our library can you help?

We are looking for reasonable rates due to the fact that we are a non-profit. We need disability insurance to cover three females and one male and we are not happy with our current provider The First Rehabilitation Life Insurance Company of America can you provide our small town library with any help for disability insurance?
