    You can buy Swiss annuities from a number of different brokerage sources.  If you are planning on placing the annuity into an IRA, you will need a self directed IRA.

    Traditionally Swiss annuities offer no additional benefits over products that are available from US domiciled insurers, so the hassle of getting a Swiss annuity may far exceed its benefits.
