Most states are not no-fault states. However, there are a handful of states that are considered "no fault." Based on my 32 years of experience in the business (and I do make mistakes!), I believe these states are no fault. But you can always check with the State Dept. Of Insurance to verify:

    Pennsylvania
    Florida
    Michigan
    New Jersey
    Utah
    Minnesota
    North Dakota
    Kentucky
    Massachusetts
    Hawaii
    Minnesota
    New York
