Most people can get life insurance if they have MS (Multiple Sclerosis). Relapsing remitting MS with stable treatment over one year, no exacerbations for over a year, and few effects from the disease (able to work full time) will enable you to get the most affordable MS life insurance, possibly rated as good as Standard to Table 3.

If you have one of the types of Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, are in a wheelchair or unable to do your own ADL's (Activities of Daily Living such as bathing or eating without the assistance of another person), you will usually need to go with guaranteed issue life insurance.

There are also a number of plans for persons with all types and severity of MS. Contact a good impaired risk agent who specializes in this type of coverage to cover the bases accurately and find your best rate.
