    Medicare Part D does cover some diabetic supplies. Part D will cover supplies that are used for administration of insulin (syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, gauze and inhaled insulin devices). 

    Medicare Part B covers diabetic supplies such as blood glucose monitors, test strips, lancet devices, and lancets.
