    If you are referring to Medicare Part B - which is an auto deduction out of your SS check, if you are currently taking SS....the average person pays $104.90 for Part B.  So $104.90 would be deducted from your monthly SS check.  However if your income is above $80,000 as a single person, or $170,000 as a married person, then you will have a surcharge above the $104.90.
    You can go to the Medicare website for a complete chart.
    You can also have your Medicare Part D plan premium deducted monthly if you so choose. But B is not a choice if you are taking SS and on Medicare.
