   Hello there.  A co pay for Medicare, Well yes and no.  If you have Medicare A and B only, with no other coverage, you are responsible for the deductible under part A, the deductible under part B and the 20% co insurance under part B. If you have a medicare advantage plan,there are co pays involved.
