Almost anyone with Medicare Part A and Part B can be covered under a Medigap plan. Some carriers do not require Part B but you would be wise to have it even if not required.

When you turn 65 and enroll in both Parts, you can purchase a Medigap policy without evidence of insurability. If you wait you may have to prove you are insurable.
