   Both are important especially to 65 and older market as well as individuals who are considered handicapped as well. Medicaid is a State and federal program that allows individuals with limited resources, Cash, assets, etc and have to fulfill the need of the state and federal guidelines to be approved under Medicaid can use this as a supplement to pay for what Medicare does not pay for.
