Generally speaking, health insurance will cover plastic sugery that is deemed medically necessary by your primary care physician.

Septoplasty, which is used to correct a deviated septum, will depend on the severity of the deviation.  For minor cosmetic correction, the health insurer will likely not cover the procedure.  For serious deviations that cause additional problems, health insures will typically cover the procedure.
